You provide exceptional service to hotel guests by ensuring they always have a stocked minibar full of high class food and beverages. You are a guest liaison for all guests staying at The Crescent Hotel, Fort Worth. IRD Lead Server works directly with the In Room Dining team and reports directly to the Food and Beverage Managers. Your duties include stocking and restocking minibars throughout the hotel, maintaining a clean minibar cart and service area, ensuring product is at its best for guest use, and providing a clean and thoughtful service.
