And you are the key to bringing it to life.

• The Kitchen Host is responsible for the cleanliness of the kitchen, dining areas, including dishes, flatware and related equipment. Ensure the kitchen is clean, orderly and sanitized.
• Prepare quality food in a safe and efficient manner complying with proper food handling techniques.
• Prepare all food items in accordance with Hyatt Brand standards.
• Greets guests and monitors the dining area during mealtime to ensure adequate supplies and that guest needs are met.
• Follow recipes to control production and maintain consistency and freshness.
• Bus tables and interact with guests.
• Operate dish machine and sanitizer station in the prescribed manner according to standards.
• Ability to lift, pull and push a moderate amount of weight.
• Sweep and mop floors in kitchen and dining room, throughout the shift.
• Maintains inventory of food and utensils. Perform any additional tasks requested by management.
