Key Responsibilities- Full cycle recruiting and interview coordination
- Draft job ads and manage candidate pipeline
- Onboard new hires and run 30, 60, 90 day check ins
- Maintain employee records and HR systems
- Support benefits, PTO, and policy communication
- Run quarterly and annual performance evaluations
- Create KPIs and follow up with staff on progress
- Support leadership with internal communication
- HR generalist and recruiting experience required
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Experience with performance metrics and KPIs
- Law firm or professional services background preferred
- Proficient with HR software and office tools
- Ability to work in office part of the week
- Competitive salary plus benefits
