In this Recruiting Specialist - Human Resources Manager role, you'll kick off each day by reviewing recruitment activity and team updates. From there, you'll dive into all things HR: managing benefits, overseeing insurance, streamlining onboarding, and ensuring compliance with company policies. A major part of your day will focus on recruiting top-tier industrial refrigeration technicians nationwide, collaborating with department leaders to understand needs, screening applicants, and conducting interviews.
You'll keep HR operations running smoothly so our people can thrive-and so we can keep delivering exceptional results to our clients.
- 5+ years of experience as an HR Manager
- Proven experience in nationwide recruiting
- Knowledge of the industrial refrigeration/mechanical industry (preferred)
