Job SummaryOur client is seeking a HR Clerk to provide administrative support to the Human Resources Business Partner. This role involves assisting with the day-to-day operations of HR functions and duties, including record-keeping, data entry, and employee communication. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling sensitive information with confidentiality.
Job Description- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Support the coordination of training sessions and HR events.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to organize and identify information for new and current employees coming onto the program.
- Perform general clerical duties, including filing, photocopying, and mailing.
- Assist with the preparation of HR reports and presentations.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and submitting for background checks.
- Prepare and distribute HR-related documents, such as onboarding materials, policy updates, etc.
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, such as absences, bonus, and leaves.
- Bilingual in Spanish & English a must!
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous HR onboarding experience is a must
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
- Familiarity with HR software and databases is a +
- Experience with Microsoft Visio preferred but not required
- Previous background in construction / engineering a +
- Previous knowledge of SAP or Success Factors
- Background in craft recruitment an Advantage
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in Human Resources or related field is a plus.
- Working Hours at a minimum are 7:30AM – 5:
PM (Tuesday onboarding days need to be at site by 7AM)
