Our client is looking for an HR Talent Acquisition Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis in Fort Worth, Texas! Pay is DOE.

This role is set to last 4 months with potential to extend.

• Assist with high-volume recruitment for seasonal positions, including reviewing resumes, screening candidates and scheduling interviews.
• Communicate with candidates via phone, email, and in-person to provide updates and answer questions.
• Support onboarding activities including document collection, orientation scheduling, and new hire follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure compliance with hiring procedures.
• Collaborate with local Recruiters, warehouse leadership and HR to understand staffing needs and hiring timelines.
• Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed.

• Previous experience in recruiting, HR, or administrative support.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ATS platforms is a plus.
• Availability to work on-site in Fort Worth, TX at least 3 days per week.
• Flexibility to support occasional hiring events outside standard business hours.
