Position Summary

We are seeking a Payroll & HR Administrator to join our team at the corporate headquarters in Fort Worth. This role is critical in managing payroll operations and supporting HR functions while fostering a collaborative and positive workplace culture. You will assist the Chief of People and HR team with projects, administrative tasks, and initiatives that enhance employee experience and organizational efficiency.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities

• Administer payroll processes using ADP and Paycom systems.

• Ensure compliance and accuracy in payroll and HR documentation.

• Assist with HR projects and day-to-day operations.

• Support the Chief of People and HR staff in strategic initiatives.

• Provide high-touch customer service to employees and stakeholders.

• Promote teamwork and contribute to a strong company culture.

• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in employee records.

• Perform additional administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications & Experience

• 3-4 years of payroll and HR administration experience.

• Proficiency in payroll systems.

• Advanced skills in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to build trusted relationships; innovative and resourceful.

• Construction industry experience preferred.

• Bachelor's degree highly preferred.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Team-oriented with a commitment to culture-building.
