• Facilitate a seamless hiring experience for candidates and hiring teams through excellent process and systems knowledge
• Build strong partnerships with business leaders to understand hiring needs and provide expert coaching and support on market, interview and process best practices
• Define and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract active and passive talent
• Assist with developing innovative future hiring strategies to build a pipeline of high‑calibre talent
• Expertly negotiate offer agreements with candidates

• Strong agency‑side recruitment experience within the construction industry is preferred, with a track record of high‑volume sourcing and managing multiple requisitions in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
• Thrive in a competitive, fast‑moving setting with ability to source pro‑actively and pivot rapidly as client requirements evolve.
• Enjoy partnering with hiring managers to understand business needs, communicate labour market conditions, and set expectations
• Have excellent experience working within Linked In recruiter and ATS systems
• Are detail oriented and quality focused
• Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing
• Love a dynamic environment with the opportunity to manage your own priorities and deadlines
• This position is hybrid working from Linesight's Dallas office

All interviews are conducted either in person or virtually with video required.
