Qualifications

  • Demonstrated expertise in multi‑state employment law and compliance.
  • Proven track record handling complex employee relations matters and workplace investigations.
  • Strong HR analytics, reporting, and Excel skills.
  • Experience supporting organizational growth, acquisitions, or new locations is preferred.
  • Background in retail, hospitality, or another high‑volume, customer‑facing environment is strongly preferred.
