HR Generalist / Talent Management
LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently working with a company looking for an HR Generalist in the Fort Worth TX area. If you have the qualifications listed below and are interested in this opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:Manage onboarding and offboarding processes
Support employee relations and performance management, including managing underperformers
Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures
Coordinate employee training and development initiatives
Support recruiting efforts and participate in interviews
Administer benefits through Insperity PEO and serve as a resource for employee questions
Assist with scaling HR processes in a fast-paced, growing environment
Partner with leadership to ensure compliance and support organizational growth
Background or familiarity with agriculture, ranching, farming, or FFA is highly preferred
HR Generalist experience with strengths in employee relations, performance management, and policy administration
Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Hands-on, proactive professional who can take ownership and get things done
Experience with Insperity or another PEO preferred
Salesforce experience preferred
Schedule: Onsite, Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Compensation: $68, annually
Location: Fort Worth, TX
Pay Details: $68,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
