Human Resources Generalist

A well-established organization in Fort Worth is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join its collaborative HR team supporting~200 employees. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys balancing talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, and HR operations while serving as a trusted business partner across the organization.

• Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for a variety of positions
• Manage job postings, applicant tracking systems, and candidate communications
• Coordinate onboarding activities, background checks, I-9s, and new hire processes
• Support employee relations matters and respond to HR inquiries
• Assist with policy development, compliance, and employment law updates
• Administer leave programs, including FMLA, ADA accommodations, workers' compensation, and personal leaves
• Provide backup support for payroll and benefits administration
• Partner with managers to address workforce challenges and support organizational goals
• Help drive employee engagement and HR initiatives

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on HR Generalist experience
• Strong recruiting and talent acquisition experience
• Ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
• Professional, approachable, and collaborative communication style
• Business-partner mindset with a practical approach to problem-solving
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred
