We're seeking a Plant Human Resources Manager to lead all aspects of plant HR, including employee relations, training, labor relations, compliance and workforce development.
What You'll Do- Serve as a strategic business partner to plant leadership, driving people and business initiatives and cultivating a high-performing, employee-centered culture.
- Manage labor relations activities, including contract administration, grievance resolution, and collective bargaining.
- Lead onboarding, succession planning, and employee development programs.
- Administer compensation, benefits, performance management, and HR policies.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Support workplace safety, workers' compensation, food safety, and environmental programs.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of employee relations, HR compliance, and employment practices.
- Experience in a unionized environment and labor relations is strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
