KPMG is currently seeking a Solution Architect, Service Now to join our Digital Nexus technology organization. This is a hybrid work opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements within the Service Now framework or partner with Enterprise Architecture to suggest alternative platforms
- Design and implement solutions that are scalable, flexible, and easy to maintain, including leading proofs of concept for new solutions
- Build integrations between Service Now and other enterprise systems using iPaaS, APIs, web services, MID servers, and ETL tools
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams throughout the project lifecycle, working with Service Now support and other technical teams to address and resolve critical issues
- Create comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and development standards
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends related to Service Now solutions
Qualifications:
- Minimum seven years of recent experience in solution architecture, with a focus on Service Now and extensive experience in two or more Service Now modules
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in computer science, information technology, or a related field, with Service Now certifications preferred
- Experience in supporting business solutions hosted on Service Now from a developer or administrator perspective, including the challenges associated with upgrades, integrations, and operational support
- Strong understanding of the practical application of Service Now as it relates to industry solutions and the interconnectedness between modules and core data
- Proven familiarity with Service Now and other technology platforms commonly used to service core business functions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams
