Job Description:

This position supports the Classified Network Operations Team based in Fort Worth, Texas. Responsibilities include maintaining, troubleshooting, and operating classified network infrastructure for an ADP effort.

Responsibilities:

Network Infrastructure Support: Administer and maintain network hardware such as Cisco Switches, Palo Alto and Juniper Firewalls, and Type 1 encryption devices.

Networking Tool Support: Support tools like Cisco ISE, Cisco DNA Center, and Cisco Call Manager.

Infrastructure Upgrades and Installation: Perform planned upgrades, installations, and cabling of network equipment.

Required Qualifications:

Experience: At least 5 years with Palo Alto Next Gen firewalls, multi-site architectures, and TACLANEs (e.g., KG175s/KG250).

Cisco Expertise: Managing clustered Cisco UCM environments with Jabber/IMP.

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 30 pounds.

Technical Skills: 5+ years supporting and resolving network issues, familiar with OSI model.

Communication: Effective communication skills with team members and customers.

Certification: Current or ability to obtain DoD 8570.01 Security+ certification.

Customer Focus: Ability to provide customer-oriented support and build stakeholder relationships.

Clearance: Active Secret Clearance;
Top Secret preferred.

Citizenship: US Citizenship required.

Desired Skills:

Knowledge of DISA STIGs and security hardening.

Certifications like Palo Alto PNCSA or Juniper JNCIA/JNCIS.

Familiarity with Software Defined Networking (e.g., Cisco ACI, DNA Center).

Knowledge of NSA CSfC architectures.

Experience with LAN/WAN configuration and troubleshooting.

Ability to create and update network diagrams using Microsoft Visio.
