We are seeking a highly driven Epic Application Analyst to join a digital transformation team supporting pediatric-focused clinical care. This is a full-time, on-site role in Fort Worth, TX, where you will be working at the intersection of technology, clinical outcomes, and patient-centered innovation.

Role OverviewAs an Epic Application Analyst, you will lead and support full lifecycle application activities—from planning and build to optimization and end‑user support—within a collaborative, cross‑functional team. You’ll champion system performance and user experience through problem‑solving, process improvement, and continuous development of clinical technologies.
Key Responsibilities- Independently plan, build, configure, test, deploy, and optimize Epic applications (especially Ambulatory modules).
- Serve as liaison between IS teams, end users, clinicians, and vendors to ensure system performance and solution alignment.
- Analyze existing workflows and data flows; propose enhancements that reduce risk and improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor effectiveness of applications and support user requests to modify or enhance systems.
- Develop and maintain standard architectures and contribute to documentation, reporting, and user education.
- Ensure quality control, risk mitigation, and user training in all application enhancement initiatives.
- Stay up to date on vendor developments and best practices across the Epic ecosystem.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical IT within hospital or healthcare environments.
- Strong working knowledge of Epic software (Ambulatory experience preferred).
- Proven ability to translate clinical workflows into optimized technical solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Informatics, Health IT, Clinical Systems, or a related field. Equivalent experience considered.
- Epic certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months; two retakes permitted).
- Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
