Overview

Dallas firm is seeking a highly motivated midlevel 3-4 years associate to join our dynamic, industry-leading Payments and Fintech Group. Strong candidates will have experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts within the technology sector. While prior fintech or payment systems knowledge and experience is ideal, candidates with strong backgrounds in outsourcing, technology licensing or similar transactional matters are strongly encouraged to apply.

This position requires the ability to manage multiple, high-priority projects in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational skills and close attention to detail.

• Drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts within the technology sector, with a focus on payments, fintech, outsourcing, and technology licensing where applicable.
