System & Network Engineer

The compensation is highly competitive, offering up to 20% over your current pay or other offers, and the firm is looking for someone who can commit for at least two years to grow with the organization and take on increasing responsibility.

• Bachelor's degree with a 3.25+ GPA from a top college or university
• 0 to 5 years of professional IT experience
• Strong technical knowledge in Windows‑based server environments
• Network administration experience with LAN/WAN, VPN, and wireless technologies
• Understanding of Active Directory and Group Policy
• Knowledge of virtualization technologies
• Strong communication skills for technical and non‑technical audiences
• Ability to apply technical knowledge to solve unique problems
• Ability to deliver high‑quality results under pressure
• Flexibility regarding work hours and availability
• Willingness to participate in rotating on‑call schedule
