Project Description and Role Requirements Overview
Day-to-Day Activities
- Respond to and implement intake requests from contact center business units prioritized by Product Owner.
- Deliver prioritized tasks based on operational urgency and platform squad alignment.
- Develop and maintain AWS-based solutions using services like Lambda, Dynamo
DB, Connect, Lex, and Polly. - Monitor system health and performance via AWS Cloud Watch.
- Collaborate across squads to support platform enhancements.
- Track progress and provide updates through established workflows and tools.
