Agile Coach

Overview

The Agile Delivery Lead is responsible for guiding software engineering teams through successful delivery of products and technical initiatives. This role partners closely with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to create clear goals, remove blockers, and improve team performance. The Agile Delivery Lead facilitates sprint ceremonies, drives continuous improvement, and ensures teams deliver predictable and high quality outcomes. The role requires strong communication, a deep understanding of agile practices, and the ability to coach teams through complex technical work.

• Facilitate backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, and retros
• Partner with engineering leads to plan and deliver technical roadmaps
• Identify risks and remove impediments that slow down team delivery
• Track team velocity and delivery metrics and report progress to stakeholders
• Promote continuous improvement and support healthy engineering practices
• Help teams adopt and mature agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban

• Experience serving as a Scrum Master or Delivery Lead for software engineering teams
• Strong understanding of agile principles and modern software development practices
• Effective communicator who can align diverse technical and business partners
• Proven ability to guide teams through complex or multi team initiatives
