This role will provide leadership, expert technical insight and industry perspective in the creation, delivery, and integration of complex and comprehensive network and telecom solutions. This role will be leading a team of network and telecom personnel in all aspects of operations and engineering.

• Act as the manager and leader of a team of network professionals administering the network of the organization, including supervising operations, setting priorities and problem resolution
• Serve as network subject matter expert and actively assist teams in designing and deploying secure business solutions for medium to highly complex problems
• Ensure proactive monitoring, analysis, and alerting of network and telecom resources for availability and capacity to ensure rapid resolution of issues
• Act as a collaboration and escalation point within IT and Elevate for network related issues
• Perform additional duties as assigned

• 3+ years leading a technical team in a hybrid work environment
• 3+ years supporting an Azure network environment
• 5+ years supporting an Enterprise network environment
• Strong experience with network monitoring tools including cloud based offerings.
• Experience with supporting Firewalls, Load Balancers, and Wireless Network infrastructure
• Experience with Network Routing
• Experience with Coding/Scripting (Terraform preferred)
• Experience with Network Security Best Practices
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Ability to work and communicate effectively in a remote team environment
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related area (optional)
