You’ll lead Help Desk, Desktop Support, and MSP teams across multiple locations, driving service excellence while implementing cutting‑edge solutions including AI‑enabled support, automation, and modern service delivery channels. This isn’t a "keep the lights on" role—you’ll shape how 400+ employees experience technology during our rapid growth phase.

• Own ITSM strategy

  Lead Incident, Problem, and Major Incident Management with direct impact on business operations.
• Drive innovation

  Implement AI support tools, virtual agents, and modernize our service delivery approach.
• Support high‑stakes moments

  Coordinate IT for board meetings, executive presentations, and mission‑critical events.
• Build something meaningful

• 10+ years IT leadership with distributed team management.
• Deep Service Now and ITIL expertise.
• Energy, industrial, or regulated industry experience.
• Track record supporting M&A/integration activities.
• Executive communication skills and crisis management composure.
