Job Overview

As an IT Integration Developer, you will design, build, and optimize cloud‑first integration solutions that enable automation, AI‑driven insights, and intelligent data orchestration. You will collaborate with enterprise architects, application developers, business teams, and vendors to deliver secure, scalable, and observable APIs and middleware services across multi‑cloud and on‑premises environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and implement robust cloud‑native integration solutions and APIs aligned with enterprise standards for performance, security, and observability.
  • Gather and document business requirements and translate them into design solutions.
  • Apply expertise in integration patterns—including synchronous, asynchronous, and event‑driven—leveraging technologies such as Apache Kafka.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and manage incidents, upgrades, and support.
  • Execute digital modernization efforts, including API delivery, middleware migration to cloud platforms, and integration of AI/ML capabilities.
  • Implement and maintain observability and monitoring solutions (logs, metrics, tracing).
  • Collaborate with enterprise architecture, application architects, and product teams to align business requirements with technical design and cloud platform capabilities.
  • Evaluate and recommend technologies across APIs, messaging, Kafka, ESB, iPaaS, and cloud integration platforms.
  • Document integration standards, reusable components, and AI‑ready best practices for security, governance, and quality.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies in cloud integration, generative AI, and intelligent automation.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 8+ years of hands‑on experience in API management, enterprise systems integration, and middleware development.
  • Experience with integration platforms such as IBM Integration Bus, Boomi, Mule Soft, Kong, Web Sphere MQ/ESB, Apache Kafka, AWS API Gateway, and Azure API Management.
  • Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and Node.js; familiarity with Spring, Hibernate, JEE, and JMS.
  • Solid understanding of data formats (JSON, XML, CSV, YAML, EDI) and databases (DB2, Oracle).
  • Hands‑on experience with cloud observability, API governance, and security best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with experience in Agile/SCRUM.
  • Demonstrated flexibility and willingness to work with multiple integration technologies and rapidly learn new implementations.
  • Preferred: experience in Financial Services, cloud migration projects, and integration modernization initiatives.
  • Knowledge of AI/ML technologies, process optimization, cost efficiency, and IT risk management principles.
Additional Information
  • No sponsorship / visa transfer available.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours/schedule.
  • Work holidays when required; work weekends when required.
  • Travel domestically and internationally when required.
