• Gather requirements, analyze systems, develop solutions, test, and document changes working collaboratively with team members.
• Design and develop logical and physical data models of varying complexity.
• Engage with end‑users and subject‑matter experts to understand information needs and incorporate them into a logical data model supporting data‑warehouse/BI initiatives.
• Participate in data model reviews with developers, architects, business analysts, and SMEs to collaborate and achieve consensus.
• Ensure logical and physical models remain synchronized and understand how information translates between them.
• Evolve the logical data model over time and work with developers to ensure it is leveraged across all projects.
• Advocate data‑modelling practices within the organization and communicate benefits to stakeholders.
• Drive metadata documentation and make it available to users who depend on it.
• Write moderately to complex SQL queries for database manipulation and reporting.
• Maintain business‑process procedures in conjunction with process owners.
• Analyze and resolve moderate to complex data‑model problems.

• Knowledge of relational database technology, transaction processing, data‑warehouse design, modeling and design tools.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, XML schema design, metadata registry, master data management, data dictionaries, data‑warehousing, and relational databases.

Minimum five (5) years of experience in information technology, including experience or training in database systems.
