Job Description Join the BAE SYSTEMS F-35 Aircraft Health Management team and lead our efforts in developing and delivering outstanding Structural Integrity Products and Services to the customer. You will lead a team of data analysis, software and systems engineers in the US. You will manage a team using advanced data analysis tools for fleet airframe usage tracking/reporting, delivery of formal contractual deliverable reports and the development of software used by our customer to assess in service usage of a number of high value mechanical and electrical systems on the aircraft.
Working closely with Lockheed Martin you will be responsible for development and delivery of highly optimized output, whether data analysis products or software, within a governed Quality Management System. You will be responsible for managing the successful delivery of these products. You will carry out work within an Agile development and deployment framework. Relationship building, strategic thinking and vision are critical to the success of this role in identifying how we will deliver high quality but affordable products and services as the fleet grows exponentially and keeping our capabilities sold to the customer.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
* Typically a Bachelor's Degree and 10 years work experience or equivalent experience
* Knowledge of Data Analysis techniques as applied to large, imperfect datasets
* Team management/leadership experience including staff recruitment, management of performance and career development
* Track record of delivery to formal contractual milestones in a high pressure environment
* Firm grasp of Project Management / Earned Value Management principles with demonstrated application in prior work
* Ability to support bid and proposal development with sound rationale and a demonstrated record of securing business growth
* Ability to manage and influence key external and internal stakeholders
* Experience of quality management practices as applied to data analysis and/or software development (AS9100D or similar)
* Experience in the application of Agile workflow methodologies
* Demonstrated willingness to take on responsibilities outside the day job Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
* Knowledge of the Aircraft and Mechanical/Electrical Structural Integrity Programs
* Aircraft maintenance practices and procedures
* Software Engineering
* Certified to a professional project management standard
* Certified to an Agile methodology standard Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $133333 - $226667

This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
