Databricks Developer - SaaS

Location: Remote (USC & GC only)

Salary: $130,000-$145,000.

This role focuses on building and supporting Data UI/UX campaign development in a modernized SaaS‑based BI environment. The ideal candidate is a strong Databricks developer with deep experience in Python, SQL and migrating reporting and data workflows from SaaS platforms into Databricks. Knowledge of Adobe technologies such as Commerce, AEP, Workfront Fusion, or Marketo is valuable, as approximately 25% of the work occurs outside the Adobe ecosystem.

Familiarity with SAS EG and Base SAS is a plus. The developer will thrive in fast‑changing environments and work across multiple enterprise tools.

• Lead, build, implement, and support Data UI/UX campaign development efforts.
• Transition reporting and data workflows from SaaS platforms into Databricks.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to modernize tools and processes.
• Ensure data quality and operational excellence across the BI stack.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum eight (8) years of experience in leading, building, implementing, and supporting Data UI/UX development.
• Strong skills in Python, SQL, and Databricks.
• Experience with Adobe technologies (Commerce, AEP, Workfront Fusion, or Marketo) preferred.
• Familiarity with SAS EG and Base SAS is a plus.
• Two (2) years of project management experience preferred.
• Data technology certification preferred.
