Workforce Analytics & Productivity Monitoring Analyst

Primary Purpose of the Role:

To manage Sedgwick’s Workforce Analytics software and serve as a product owner who works with the various lines of business to champion the use of the product, administer the software and work with various stakeholders to integrate the product into daily operations.

Essential Responsibilities May Include:
  • Engineers, implements, monitors and champions Workforce Analytics & Productivity Monitoring software.
  • Identifies and defines system and application requirements.
  • Designs workforce analytics/productivity monitoring architecture and develops detailed roll‑out plans.
  • Prepares and documents standard operating procedures and protocols.
  • Configures and troubleshoots application and integrated devices.
  • Develops technical solutions and new productivity/monitoring tools to assist in workforce analytics and automating repeatable tasks.
  • Leads IT groups and business units as necessary in troubleshooting compatibility issues between tools and business or productivity programs.
  • Performs analysis of software or programs and provides written or verbal analysis and recommendations to management. Analyzes client and customer needs as required and provides clear and concise reports and recommendations to leadership.
  • Works closely with management on assigned projects from inception through implementation ensuring adequate internal communication and user involvement is maintained.

The candidate will be responsible for administering and supporting workforce analytics and productivity monitoring platforms, ensuring optimal configuration, performance, and data integrity. Key responsibilities include software setup and customization, user enrollment and access management, and seamless integration with enterprise systems such as HRIS and identity management platforms. The role requires strong capabilities in data management, report customization, dashboard development, and analytical interpretation of workforce trends.

The candidate will also be expected to communicate effectively with stakeholders, provide training and onboarding for end users, coordinate with software vendors for support and enhancements, and maintain audit readiness by ensuring compliance with data governance and privacy standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, computer science, or related technology field from an accredited college or university preferred. Related technical institute certification preferred.

Eight (8) years of encryption technologies/algorithms, digital forensics, network topologies, and access controls experience or equivalent combination of educated and experience required.

Skills & Knowledge:
  • Knowledge of Workforce Analytics applications such as Activ Trak, Teramind, Insightful, etc.
  • Knowledge of Performance Monitoring applications & concepts
  • Knowledge of audit and compliance
  • Knowledge of various operating systems
  • Knowledge of desktop productivity software
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
  • PC literate, including Microsoft Office products
  • Analytical and interpretive skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to create and complete comprehensive, accurate and constructive written reports
  • Ability to work in a team environment
