Job Responsibilities- Analyze business and technical requirements to develop comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Execute manual and automated tests to validate software functionality, performance, and security.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using tools such as JIRA or Azure Dev Ops.
- Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Perform regression, integration, and system testing across various platforms.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Maintain and enhance automated test scripts and frameworks.
- Ensure compliance with QA standards, best practices, and company policies.
- Provide detailed test reports and metrics to stakeholders.
- Understands requirements and traceability matrix.
- Software and System Development Life Cycles and Agile Development methodology.
- Concepts, best practices, and execution of Business Analysis and Project Management principles.
- Test automation tools such as Selenium and Load Runner.
- Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of three (3) years of experience in developing and maintaining version control of QA-related documentation, testing strategies, and test execution in a broad variety of environments.
- International Software Testing Qualifications Board (ISTQB) Certification considered a plus.
