About the Role
Join us as the Director of Machine Learning and AI Engineering! We are looking for a visionary leader to spearhead the development and deployment of intelligent, human-centered solutions. This is a vital position that ensures our customers achieve profound and sustained success from the very first engagement through onboarding and continued use of our solutions. You will define and execute the AI and ML strategy, drive the development of core AI models, and oversee the entire ML project lifecycle.
As a technical leader, you will mentor and inspire a talented team of ML engineers and data scientists, promoting innovation and excellence in critical areas including natural language understanding, knowledge graph reasoning, and reinforcement learning.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong AI/ML background with at least 5 years of hands‑on experience in building and deploying ML models, along with a proven track record of delivering AI solutions to production environments. A Master’s or Ph.D. in a related field is essential, complemented by experience in advanced ML engineering roles at leading tech organizations.
Key qualifications- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Experience with Tensor Flow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
- Familiarity with distributed computing, big data, and cloud platforms.
