Job Description

The DMAC team at BOA is looking for 4 DMAC Technicians to join their team at the Plano/Addison Texas locations. Candidates will be working on moves/DMAC duties, differentiated deployments, moves, adds and changes, site surveys, hardware based work, this is not desktop or user support but they may perform troubleshooting as it relates to re‑imaging, blue screen, HW issues and post move support.

They may be working some evening and weekends in addition to their 40 hours a week as needed. Must be open and flexible to overtime. Candidates should have experience performing moves, disconnects and reconnects. There is also some administrative functions to this job as they have to document their work and follow up with emails to users regarding updates to projects.

Candidates must have good customer service and written and verbal communication skills. Must be team player!

They will be working out of 2 locations as needed:
Plano is 7105 Corporate Drive Plano TX 75024 which is the hub where the full time employees from the DMAC team are located. The project build out is in Fort Worth TX location is 4200 Amon Carter Blvd. There is another site that the team supports but travel to this site might be limited:
Addison which is 16001 Dallas PKWY Addison TX, 75001. There are multiple projects so candidates may need to be able to commute to all 3 locations. The roles is 100% on site, 6 months plus duration.

Responsibilities
  • Perform moves, disconnects, and reconnects.
  • Execute differentiated deployments and site surveys.
  • Install dual monitors (24 inches) and docking stations for laptops.
  • Manage wire and cable under desks to keep environments neat.
  • Provide post‑move support, including troubleshooting re‑imaging, blue‑screen, and hardware issues.
  • Document work and follow up with users via email regarding project updates.
  • Work occasional evenings and weekends, and be flexible for overtime.

Skills & Qualifications
  • Physical ability to install/deinstall large monitors and lift desktops while managing cables.
  • Experience in a fast‑paced, high‑request‑volume environment.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Multi‑tasking and experience with common request‑management ticketing systems.
  • Prior experience with change management is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge/exposure to telecommunications environment is desired.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
