Responsibilities- Evaluate software candidate releases for NAMP compliance, technical accuracy of aircraft data, and user workflow efficiency.
- Provide input on software user guides to ensure concurrence with established USMC KC‑130J standard terminology and practices.
- Develop training curriculum, brief, and materials for software user training.
- Conduct on‑site initial and recurrent training for software users prescribed by training curriculum, utilizing briefs and materials.
- Provide software development team technical feedback on aircraft systems and operations.
- Organize and track development team meetings, tasking, and deliverables.
- Travel up to 20%.
- High School Diploma or equivalent education.
- 6+ years of experience as KC‑130J Flight Engineer.
- Minimum one tour as Navy Aviation Maintenance Controller.
- Navy Aviation Collateral Duty Inspector or Quality Assurance Representative.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and have the ability to obtain and maintain an active United States Government Secret security clearance.
- Must have an interim secret clearance prior to onboarding.
The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co‑workers, management, and customers via email, phone, and/or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
CompensationThe projected compensation range for this position is $86,500.00-$. The amount may be influenced by relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications, as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
