What You’ll Be DoingWe’re seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Analyst Staff – Level 4 to join our team in Fort Worth, TX. In this role, you will serve as the project manager, strategic partner, and technical subject matter expert supporting the development and integration of critical sustainment systems and tools. You’ll lead efforts to coordinate, implement, and enhance enterprise‑wide logistics and supply chain solutions that enable global sustainment operations.
As the primary point of contact for key Sustainment projects, you’ll play a central role in driving technical alignment, tool adoption, and process improvements across the organization. You’ll also work cross‑functionally with internal teams, customers, program leadership, and IT to ensure that solutions meet business needs and operational goals. This position offers a unique opportunity to impact the effectiveness of global sustainment efforts through systems innovation, project leadership, and technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the project manager and business owner on critical IT tools for Sustainment Operations
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define, prioritize, and execute requirements that support global sustainment operations
- Participate in customer‑level meetings, Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), and planning sessions to align technical solutions with program objectives
- Review system design documents to ensure compliance with Sustainment principles, company standards, and contractual requirements
- Provide technical support and subject matter expertise across Sustainment tools
- Support performance metrics tracking and reporting, enabling data‑driven decision‑making and continuous improvement
- ively communicate project updates, risks, and recommendations to leadership and cross‑functional teams

Basic Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college, OR a combination of education and related experience
- Previous experience with IT requirements (identifying defects, improvement opportunities, developing IT requirements, coordinating/interfacing with IT)
- Demonstrated project management experience (creating and meeting project milestones, managing cost, schedule, and cross‑functional partnerships)
- Experience with sustainment supply tools and processes (e.g., GOLD, SAP)
- Experience in supply chain management, item management, or logistics experience
- Green/Black Belt Certified – Operating Excellence Experience
- Ability to organize and lead large teams
- SAP HANA
- SQL
- Experience analyzing large data sets
- Experience with technology transfers or transitions
This position requires a government security clearance. You must be a U.S. Citizen for consideration. Clearance Level: Secret.
