SkyCam NOC Operator

Overview

Sky Cam NOC Operator – Network Operations Center at Kroenke Sports & Entertainment. This role monitors Sky Cam’s live broadcast systems and deployment infrastructure to ensure uninterrupted service during high-profile live events. The NOC Operator collaborates with engineering, field services, and customer support to proactively prevent disruptions and enhance system performance.

$15.00/hr - $20.00/hr

• Continuously monitor Sky Cam systems and network performance across multiple live deployments.
• Serve as the primary responder to system alerts, escalations, and major incidents, ensuring rapid resolution.
• Work directly with engineering teams to apply fixes and preventive measures.
• Coordinate scheduled system maintenance, upgrades, and change management procedures.
• Produce regular incident and performance reports for internal teams and stakeholders.
• Assist in refining operational workflows, tools, and procedures to drive efficiency.
• Collaborate with field service teams to relay technical feedback and support onsite troubleshooting.
• NOC Operator scheduling includes at a minimum night and weekend shifts to support our suite of live events.

• Associates degree or technical background in Electronics, Mechanical systems, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1+ years in a network operations, incident response, or technical support role, preferably in a live broadcast or 24/7 operations center environment.
• Strong ability to multitask and monitor long hours of radio communication;
  Ham Radio operators are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and decision-making abilities, especially under pressure.
• Comfortable navigating high-stakes, real-time support situations involving multiple systems and teams.

Flexibility to work variable shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed to support live events and operational priorities.
