Your new role:

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Define and execute global contingent workforce and SOW strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
• Program Governance: Develop and implement governance frameworks, approval workflows, and vendor accountability structures.
• Procurement Partnership: Collaborate with procurement teams to negotiate contracts, rationalize rate models, and ensure policy adherence.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee MSP delivery, supplier governance, and multimillion-dollar spend portfolios across North America.
• Risk & Compliance: Ensure audit readiness, IC classification accuracy, and regulatory compliance across global jurisdictions.
• Technology Enablement: Drive VMS technology efficiency and optimization to support program scalability and efficiency.
• Executive Reporting: Deliver KPI analytics, insights, and executive-ready reporting to inform strategic decisions.
• Change Management: Lead operational transformation initiatives, standardize processes, and ensure adoption of new tools and workflows.
• KPI Development & Monitoring: Establish and track key performance indicators such as:

You will have:

• 10+ years of experience in MSP/SOW program management, procurement operations, or workforce solutions.
• Proven success managing global programs and multimillion-dollar portfolios.
• Expertise in contract negotiation, risk mitigation, and compliance frameworks.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with VMS platforms (Beeline, SAP Fieldglass, Workday/VNDLY) and ERP systems.
• Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills.
