Our client is seeking Product Support Specialists to join their growing operations team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on problem-solving, enjoys working with healthcare-related systems, and wants to make an impact by helping users navigate and resolve critical issues. You’ll be the go‑to expert ensuring smooth operations, accurate data, and excellent user experiences across software platforms.

Compensation: $23 – $25/hour DOE, long term contract

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Provide responsive support to users, answering questions and guiding them through workflows
  • Triage software issues: intake, categorize, troubleshoot, and elevate when necessary
  • Validate system data and ensure accuracy in dashboards, reports, and documentation
  • Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues and track recurring problems
  • Document solutions and contribute to knowledge‑sharing resources
  • Manage ticket life cycles, ensuring SLA compliance and timely resolution.
  • Communicate clearly with users, providing updates and follow‑through until resolution
What You’ll Need to Be Considered:
  • Customer support experience combined with software troubleshooting expertise
  • Experience supporting healthcare software (EHR/EMR or patient management tools)
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems (Service Desk Plus preferred)
  • Strong data validation and quality assurance skills
  • Ability to clearly explain technical issues to non‑technical users
