We’re looking for a Project Engineer who can independently lead technical projects from design through implementation, documentation, and handoff within a small to mid-sized MSP environment. This role requires broad systems and networking experience, strong troubleshooting ability, and clear communication skills.

• Deliver end-to-end project work: build, configure, deploy, document, and hand off solutions.
• Review project scopes and participate in peer design sessions.
• Provide project-related documentation and run knowledge-transfer sessions for support teams.
• Support escalated tickets and mentor junior technical staff as needed.
• Maintain accurate time entry and status updates.

• Network refreshes (firewalls, switches, wireless, ISP failover).
• Server refresh/consolidation and Windows Server deployments.
• Cloud migrations (Azure/AWS), including servers, applications, and directory services.
• Microsoft 365 and Azure Entra , consolidations, or tenant splits.
• VOIP deployments, subtenant networks, conference room setups, and UPS implementations.

• Networking: TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VPN, VLANs, routing, SNMP, STP.
• Firewalls and VPNs:
  Meraki, Sonic Wall, Cisco ASA, etc.
• Wireless systems implementation and troubleshooting.
• Windows Server administration and Hyper‑V deployments.
• Microsoft 365, Azure AD/Entra, and cloud platform experience (Azure/AWS).
• Virtualization (VMware/Hyper‑V), RMM tools, backup solutions (Veeam, Acronis).
• Windows and Mac OS support; productivity applications such as Microsoft Office and Quick Books.
• VOIP systems (e.g., Ring Central).
