Job Title: Senior Data Automation Analyst

Location: Remote/Hybrid (Occasionally on site in Las Colinas/Irving, TX)

Preferred to sit in DFW but can sit remotely outside of DFW if you meet all role requirements

Schedule: Monday-Friday, normal business hours

Job Description:

The Senior Automation Data & Insights Analyst is responsible for enabling data-driven decision-making that accelerates Digital Transformation and automation strategy. This role drives analytics and performance insights across automation, AI, and self-service initiatives, providing business intelligence that fuels operational excellence and value realization.

• Data and insights expert for automation and AI projects.
• Connect data from different systems (Salesforce, Five9, Verint, AI tools) and turn it into clear, useful information.
• Show how automation improves efficiency, saves money, and helps customers so leaders can make smart decisions.

• Analyze contact center data to find trends and areas for improvement.
• Create dashboards and reports that show performance of automation and AI tools.
• Explain complex data in simple terms for executives.
• Measure results (ROI, cost savings, customer impact) of automation projects.
• Combine data from multiple platforms for a complete view of performance.
• Work with teams (product, tech, operations) to improve automation strategy.
• Automate reporting processes using tools like Power BI, SQL, Python, Tableau.
• Ensure data quality and consistency across all reports.

• Education
  :
  Bachelor’s in analytics, computer science, or similar (Master’s is a plus).
• Experience
  : 7+ years in data analytics or automation insights.
• Tools
  :
  Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python.
• RPA Knowledge
  :
  UiPath, Blue Prism, AI/chatbot analytics.
• Contact Center Knowledge
  : KPIs, metrics, and platforms like Five9, Verint, Salesforce.
• Communication
  :
  Ability to explain data clearly to non-technical leaders.
• Bonus
  :
  Familiarity with AI, machine learning, and automation innovation.
