- Monitor and investigate security alerts, identify threats and coordinate incident resolution.
- Administer endpoint protection and EDR tools, including Microsoft Defender and Symantec Endpoint Protection.
- Support PKI operations and digital certificate management using tools such as Digi Cert.
- Monitor Microsoft Sentinel and Azure security services, investigate findings and implement security improvements.
- Assess vulnerabilities using Qualys, Nessus or OpenVAS and work with IT teams to remediate identified risks.
- Investigate and manage security incidents through Service Now, Jira or Manage Engine.
- Review server and endpoint compliance and resolve security configuration issues.
- Support security controls for Active Directory and Microsoft Entra .
- Maintain incident reports, security procedures and technical documentation.
