Salary: $70,000-$85,000 + Bonus & Employee Ownership Program

Work Schedule: Onsite Tuesday-Thursday

Job Description:

The Consumer Insights Analyst will support customer experience and marketing initiatives by transforming complex data into meaningful business insights. This individual will partner with key stakeholders across multiple departments to identify trends, improve reporting capabilities, establish performance measures, and drive process enhancements through analytics and automation. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who enjoys taking ownership of projects and proactively recommending solutions that improve business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret data from various business and marketing platforms to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain KPIs, scorecards, and performance measurement frameworks for multiple business functions.
• Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations that effectively communicate data findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business partners to translate reporting needs into meaningful analytics solutions.
• Improve data governance practices and support data quality initiatives across reporting processes.
• Identify opportunities to streamline analytics workflows through automation and process optimization.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to support customer experience and marketing strategies.
• Present recommendations and findings to leadership teams and business stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Experience working with Google Analytics or similar web analytics tools.
• Proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, or comparable data visualization platforms.
• Strong knowledge of data analysis, reporting, and performance measurement methodologies.
• Experience building KPIs and translating business objectives into measurable outcomes.
• Ability to communicate technical findings to a variety of audiences.
• Familiarity with process improvement, reporting automation, and analytics best practices.
• Experience working within Agile or Scrum environments preferred.
• Self-starter with strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
