We are seeking a Vice President of Technology to help lead a dynamic infrastructure team that executes the organization's infrastructure strategy while ensuring stability, security, scalability, and performance of enterprise systems and networks. As a transformational leader, this role partners closely with leaders from Engineering, Software Development/Operations (Dev Ops), Security Operations (Sec Ops), and other business teams to deliver reliable technology solutions that support organizational growth and operational excellence.

• Partner closely with leaders from Dev Ops, Engineering, Sec Ops and other teams to drive infrastructure strategies and deployment initiatives
• Serve as a subject matter expert on infrastructure upgrades, enhancements, and performance while ensuring cost-effectiveness and business alignment
• Manage business continuity, disaster recovery, backup, and resilience planning initiatives
• Establish and maintain security standards across networks, infrastructure platforms, cloud environments and server systems
• Collaborate with network engineering leaders to develop, maintain, and continuously improve backup, business continuity, and disaster recovery strategies
• Direct the installation, configuration, maintenance, and lifecycle management of enterprise information systems and infrastructure services
• Oversee the management and support of core network technologies including firewalls, switches, routers, VPNs, wireless access points, and associated infrastructure components
• Refine and strengthen change management, risk management, and operational governance processes to ensure compliance and stability
• Manage the installation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of various information systems
• Build, mentor, and develop high-performing infrastructure and operations teams through strong leadership and coaching
• Manage infrastructure budgets, vendor relationships, licensing agreements, and technology investments to maximize value and operational efficiency

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science Information Systems or a related field required
• Master's degree preferred
• Advanced certifications such as ITIL, public cloud certifications or related infrastructure certifications preferred
• 10+ years of experience in information technology infrastructure, shared services, and advanced data center management required
