Newrez is seeking a curious and proactive Senior Technical Writer to join our Information Security team on a contractor basis. You will audit and overhaul the Enterprise Service Now Knowledge Base, producing high-quality documentation for both technical engineers and non-technical business users.
Lead content standards, templates, taxonomy and tagging; write procedures and end-user guides; collaborate with SMEs to validate accuracy; manage a writing queue and update content as processes evolve.
