Position Overview:

The IT Generalist will provide frontline IT support for employees across Autobahn Fort Worth's dealership locations. This hands-on, in-office role is responsible for Tier 1 help desk support, troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and user-access issues, while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining reliable technology operations. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who enjoys supporting end users in a fast-paced, multi-location environment and is looking to grow with a rapidly expanding organization.

Responsibilities:

• - Serve as the first point of contact for IT support requests, providing timely and professional Tier 1 technical assistance.
• -Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, printing, account access, and other common end-user technology issues.
• -Provide support for Microsoft 365 applications and services, including Outlook, Teams, and related productivity tools.
• -Assist with user account administration, password resets, permissions, and access issues within Microsoft Entra  Active Directory.
• -Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate IT team members or third-party providers.
• -Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain workstations, laptops, printers, peripherals, and other IT equipment.
• -Assist with new-hire technology setup, equipment deployments, user transitions, and onboarding and offboarding activities.
