  Integrated Operations Center  division.
• The program aimstomodernize
  
  Flight Operations Systems, retire legacy platforms,and develop future capabilities through multiplesimultaneousworkstreams focusedon systems implementation,governance, and decommissioning.
• AsProject Manager, you willcoordinatedelivery, track resources,support staffing, and handle onboardingandlogisticsforteammembersand contractors.

• Drives automationandexecution of keydeliverablesto ensure timely andeffectiveimplementation of strategic outcomes
• Interacts withleadershipto help set direction and prioritize technology initiatives
• Collaboratively creates product roadmaps,contributingtostrategyinputsfrom stakeholders. Influences stakeholder expectations fordeliveryofnew capabilities, features, and functionalities
• Serves asa pointofcontact for Product
  
  Ownersand ITpartners to ensureteamactions remain aligned
• Builds processes to improve the team'soverallefficiency
• Effectivelycommunicatesstatusto stakeholders including various levels of leadership
• Manages ITprojects to ensureadherencetoproject Budget,Schedule and Scope
• Utilizes data analytics to track progress towards Product Objective sand Key  Results using applications like
  
  PowerBIand SQLServer
• Creates long and short-term plans,includingsettingtargetsfor milestones andadheringto deadlines
• Facilitates meetings,records minutes,follow upon actions taken, and logging ofissues/risks
• Maintains and tracks aplaybookoftechnicaltasks; assigning task ownersandfollowing up to ensure timelines aremet

Minimum Qualifications
- Education & Prior Job Experience

• Bachelor'sdegreein related field or equivalent experience/training
• 5+ years' experience asa Project Manageror similar position in asoftwaredevelopment environment
• Experience working with Azure Dev Ops , Rally, JIRAor similar tools to manage ITprojects in an Agile environment
• 3+ years of experience managingprojectsin avariety ofcomputingenvironments (i.e.SaaS,cloud, etc.)
• 3+ years of experience convertinghighlevelbusinessneeds/requirements intosystemrequirements

Preferred Qualifications
- Education & Prior Job Experience

• PMP or Agile certifications preferredbutnot required
• Experience delivering in-house and commercial off-the-shelf applications
• Experience synthesizing rawdata into actionableresultsandrecommendations
• Knowledge of Azure Dev Ops
