This person will work 2 nd Shift, the hours are from 4:00pm – 12:00am. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support fora large number ofdevices deployed on our manufacturing shop floor. A significant portionof your time will be spent on the shop floor interacting with end users, supporting deskside issues, and deploying updates and new features and functions.

• Ensuring all Siemens ITdirectedprojectsare successfully deployed without interrupting production.
• Ensuring all IT devices are compliant with Information Security and Cyber Security guidelines.
• Assisting end users with resolving technical issues.
• Imagingcomputersutilizingimages provided by Siemens IT.
• Serving as the first point of contact for allshopfloor related technology issues.

• Atwo-year technical degree is preferred,although a combination of education (HS Diploma or GED equivalency is a minimum requirement) and3-5years’experience supporting an enterprise wide Microsoft environment will be considered.
• Working knowledge of IT/OT Networking i.e. TCP/IP, Routing, DNS, NAT, etc.
• Experience building and deploying PC images
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint)
• Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.

The pay range for this position is $61,547 - $105,509 annually. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
