Sr Associate Analyst, IT Cybersecurity Business Engagement

The Sr Associate Analyst for IT Cybersecurity Business Engagement supports cybersecurity awareness and training programs, coordinates phishing simulations, and helps business and technology stakeholders stay informed through clear communications and performance reporting. The role contributes to program documentation and continuous improvement to strengthen security culture.

• Support cybersecurity awareness and engagement by coordinating with business and technology teams, assisting with outreach activities, and promoting secure behaviors across the organization.
• Assist in developing, scheduling, distributing, and maintaining cybersecurity awareness campaigns, training materials, and employee educational resources.
• Coordinate phishing simulation activities, track participation and results, support reporting efforts, and contribute to initiatives designed to improve employee security awareness and reduce human-centered risk.
• Collect, validate, and prepare data related to awareness, training, phishing simulations, and engagement activities to support reporting, identify trends, and provide insights to stakeholders and program leaders.
• Build and maintain relationships with business and technology partners by coordinating meetings, gathering feedback, documenting requirements, and helping communicate cybersecurity priorities and guidance.
• Support cybersecurity reviews for business and technology initiatives by gathering information, documenting findings, tracking action items, and communicating security considerations to stakeholders.
• Develop and distribute cybersecurity communications and awareness content, including materials, newsletters, presentations, and other resources that reinforce security best practices and emerging threat awareness.
• Support creation and maintenance of program documentation, stakeholder presentations, communications, training records, dashboards, and status reports.
• Assist with planning, scheduling, logistics, stakeholder communications, and follow-up activities for awareness campaigns, training initiatives, phishing simulations, and engagement events.
• Identify opportunities to improve awareness campaigns, training programs, communications, reporting processes, and stakeholder engagement activities to strengthen organizational security culture and program effectiveness.

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity

  , or a related discipline, or equivalent experience/training.
• 2+ years of experience supporting cybersecurity awareness, training, phishing simulation, business engagement, communications, or related cybersecurity programs.
• Additional education, coursework, or training in cybersecurity, information security, information systems, risk management, compliance, audit, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience with cybersecurity awareness platforms, phishing simulation tools, learning management systems, communication campaigns, reporting and analytics, or related technologies is preferred.
• Experience applying industry cybersecurity best practices and awareness frameworks, including human risk management, security culture development, phishing resilience, and cyber education programs is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of cybersecurity awareness, training, phishing simulation, and human risk management concepts and practices.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices, security awareness principles, phishing prevention, and employee education programs.
• Ability to assist with coordination and execution of cybersecurity awareness campaigns, training activities, and phishing simulation exercises.
• Analytical skills to collect, review, and summarize awareness metrics, campaign results, participation data, and stakeholder feedback.
• Ability to support security awareness initiatives and stakeholder engagement by communicating cybersecurity information clearly and effectively.
• Demonstrated initiative and accountability, including managing assigned tasks, meeting deadlines, and following through on action items with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational skills to support multiple projects, communications, training activities, stakeholder requests, and reporting requirements simultaneously.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills to create and distribute awareness materials, presentations, communications, and training content.
