We are seeking an experienced SAP Program Director to lead large-scale SAP transformation programs, ensuring successful delivery of complex initiatives aligned with business objectives. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and deep expertise in SAP ecosystems (e.g., S/4

HANA, ECC, cloud integrations).

• Program Leadership
  Lead end-to-end SAP programs, including S/4
  
  HANA implementations, migrations, and upgrades
• Define program strategy, roadmap, and execution plans aligned with organizational goals
• Oversee multiple project streams and ensure integration across work streams
• Stakeholder Management
  Engage with C-level executives, business leaders, and IT stakeholders
• Act as the primary point of contact for program governance and escalation
• Communicate program status, risks, and outcomes effectively
• Delivery & Execution
  Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of SAP programs
• Establish program governance, KPIs, and reporting frameworks
• Manage third-party vendors, system integrators, and consulting partners
• Financial Management
  Own program budgets, forecasts, and financial tracking
• Ensure cost optimization while maintaining delivery quality
• Risk & Compliance
  Identify and mitigate risks across the program lifecycle
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
• Drive quality assurance and testing strategies
• Team Leadership
  Lead cross-functional teams including functional, technical, and business resources
• Mentor program managers and project leads
• Foster a high-performance, collaborative culture

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• 15+ years of experience in SAP delivery, with at least 5+ years in program leadership roles
• Must have consulting experience
• Proven experience leading large SAP transformations (e.g., S/4
  
  HANA implementation or migration)
• Strong understanding of SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, etc.) and integration architecture
• Experience managing global, multi-million-dollar programs
• Strong stakeholder and executive communication skills

• SAP certifications (e.g., S/4
  
  HANA, SAP Activate)
• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent program management certification
• Experience with Agile/Hybrid delivery methodologies
• Exposure to cloud platforms (SAP BTP, AWS, Azure)

Pay Range Minimum: $140,000 base per year

Pay Range Maximum: $256,000 base per year
