The Help Desk Technician is a full-time on-site role located in Fort Worth, TX. The primary responsibilities include assisting end users with technical issues, installing and updating software, setting up workstations, creating and deactivating Microsoft 365 users, and onsite troubleshooting as needed.

Salary dependent on relative experience.
Responsibilities- Provide Tier 1 technical support including troubleshooting software and hardware issues, installation and configuration of software applications, and resolution of network connectivity challenges.
- Diagnose hardware and software issues, guiding users through step-by-step solutions.
- Update knowledge base articles to improve support efficiency and user experience.
- Provide onsite support with clients as needed.
- Collaborate with IT team members on projects and initiatives.
- Participate in on-call rotation for emergency issues.
- 1+ years of proven experience in a helpdesk or technical support role. Previous MSP experience is a plus.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues while providing clear guidance and support to end users.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact professionally with executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365/Entra .
- IT certifications (such as CompTIA A+, MS-102) are a plus.
