Epicor Kinetic Technical Consultant (Salesforce Integration)

We are seeking an experienced Epicor Kinetic Technical Consultant for a short-term project focused on resolving Salesforce integration issues and improving customer/contact data accuracy within Epicor Kinetic Cloud.
Key Responsibilities:- Troubleshoot and repair the Salesforce-Epicor Kinetic integration using Automation Studio.
- Restore bidirectional data synchronization between Salesforce and Epicor, including customer, contact, territory, and salesperson updates.
- Resolve field mapping and automation issues between both systems.
- Identify and eliminate duplicate customer contacts in Epicor associated with quotes and sales orders.
- Strong technical experience with Epicor Kinetic Cloud and Salesforce integrations.
- Hands-on experience with Epicor Automation Studio, REST APIs, and data mapping.
- Experience troubleshooting integrations and resolving data integrity issues.
