Senior Business Information Management Specialist

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Business Information Management Specialist to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This role will lead enterprise-wide information management efforts that improve how critical data is governed, integrated, and used across the organization. The position partners closely with data owners, technology teams, and business stakeholders to strengthen controls and enable reliable data-driven decision-making. It is well suited for a seasoned professional who can shape data strategy while also supporting the design of practical solutions across repositories, warehouses, and ETL processes.

Compensation: $115,440 – $173,160 annually

• Lead complex business information management initiatives with enterprise-wide scope
• Collaborate with data owners and technology teams to implement data management controls
• Analyze and design data repositories, warehouses, and ETL processes
• Support the development of data-centric solutions focused on complex data integration
• Drive the creation of data roadmaps and information management strategies

• Undergraduate degree or Technical Certificate required
• 10+ years of relevant experience in business administration, statistics, mathematics, science, or finance
• Expertise in data management, governance, and quality assurance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on documentation and stakeholder management
• Experience in financial services, particularly in credit risk or regulatory environments, preferred
