Support Engineer

AtScale is the semantic layer for modern data and AI. We bridge the gap between complex cloud data platforms—like Snowflake, Databricks, and Google Big Query—and the business users who need consistent, AI-ready analytics. We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to help us redefine how the world handles business intelligence by providing exceptional technical support and ensuring timely problem resolution for our customers.

• Manage and Resolve Technical Cases:
  Own core case management and customer communication, troubleshooting technical issues and translating system behavior into clear guidance for clients.
• Perform Root-Cause Analysis:
  Analyze logs, replicate customer environments, and troubleshoot issues across cloud data platforms and the AtScale semantic layer.
• Collaborate with Engineering:
  Document clear, actionable escalations for code-level bugs, collaborate with development teams to track fixes, and verify solutions before closure.
