Account Executive – Commercial Lines

About the Role

Insurance job opening in the Fort Worth metro for an experienced Commercial Insurance Account Executive with a large independent agency that is looking to add to a dynamic team of account service members in their Property and Casualty division. The ideal candidate will have a balanced mix of strong technical knowledge in the insurance industry and ability to sit in front of the C-suite for presentations, renewals, strategy meetings, and more.

• Daily management of an assigned book of business
• Interaction with internal and external stakeholders, vendor partners, and client contacts
• Work closely with sales team and executive leadership to create long term client retention and overall satisfaction
• Marketing to carriers with strong knowledge of markets in regards to designated risk categories
• Build in-depth relationships with clients and prospects alike to provide world-class client service, insurance expertise, and ongoing consultation to create successful insurance programs
• Create policy forms and work with carrier partners on underwriting guidelines

• 8-10 years of professional experience working with large-scale commercial lines property and casualty products and services
• Professional designations such as CPCU, CIC, ARM, etc. strongly preferred
